A downside to switching to Life Mobile.

This may not affect most people but my parents moved to the coast and we have a good natter on the phone, but since moving to LIFE mobile i kept getting disconnected, then a pattern emerged, it cuts you off at the hour mark.

Not a major issue normally, we can see the timer getting close and decide who is going to call back, but tonight talking them through some technical stuff, my instructions got no reply. Stupid thing had cut me off.

I did phone them the other day to query it and it seems they cannot disable that, true or not?

I maybe phoning Vodafone tomorrow to see what deals they will offer me to return...
They did offer me a better deal after i left, but i just said too late my new SIMS arrived and i have paid..

Getting cut off after an hour could be important sometime..

£6 for 1500min, Unl txt and 1GB data i think.

Must admit though, when i phone them they answer the phone quickly and sort out any issues.

Just this one, it cannot be changed.
