Tickets and family holidays

I don't normally enter for family tickets or family holidays. But this year with school hols coming up I wouldn't mind seeing if I can win a treat for us all. The problem is, however, that I have 3 children all under 10 and I just wanted to know if I can still enter for them even though they state the prize is for two adults and two children and then pay extra for the 3rd child? Has anyone done this before? I'm interested to know before entering and wasting people's time.

Yes people have been able to make various changes to holidays but it's down to the promoter if they are prepared to allow it or not (be aware that some holiday prizes, even "family" ones, have been known to exclude travel during school holidays).0

Advice for entering holidays for 20 -
Its tricky for us to find family holidays with 2 kids over 12, if one looks really good I simply email the company running the competition and ask whether it would be alright if we won if we could pay the difference, have never had a negative or rude response although we are still waiting to win!Thank you to everyone that posts on hereprizeless for a year0

It would be quicker to enter then ask if you won (unless you are lucky you might never need to send an e-mail).0 -

It would be quicker, but how horrible to win such a fantastic prize you can't use! Like I always take the time to find out if UK holiday comps are at hotels that take dogs, as they would be useless otherwise.0 -
We recently won a holiday for 2 to UAE, I just said that we would need to bring our 2 year old and could we pay the extra? The prize organisers have actually been amazing and have just added him on to the booking without charging us anything extra- including flights! Always pays to ask once you know you've won something.Prize Fund 2023 = £450 (14 comps)Latest Win: Zoo tickets. Prize Fund 2016-2022 = £20 249 (145 comps won) Best wins: Holidays to Oman, UAE, Germany & Edinburgh and a years supply of loo roll!0
