hi there
please can you tell me if my contract for 12 months ends 23rd october and the bill is generated on 25th of every month would i be okay to ring on 22nd of this month and expect to receive my normal bill throiugh the post

It doesn't! Assuming you are talking about giving notice to cancel you have to ring them to get a disconnection code 4 days before the 30 day notice period starts, THEN send them a letter recorded delivery. You will still get a bill in September for the usual payment - the october one SHOULD arrive but mine didn't - and they weren't as bad then as they are now. Good luck with these bozos.0
