please can you tell me if my contract for 12 months ends 23rd october and the bill is generated on 25th of every month would i be okay to ring on 22nd of this month and expect to receive my normal bill throiugh the post

  • It doesn't! Assuming you are talking about giving notice to cancel you have to ring them to get a disconnection code 4 days before the 30 day notice period starts, THEN send them a letter recorded delivery. You will still get a bill in September for the usual payment - the october one SHOULD arrive but mine didn't - and they weren't as bad then as they are now. Good luck with these bozos.
