I have just upgraded on the phone last week to an iphone 6s with three for £53 a month.
Now its on their website offeringthe same deal for half price for 6 months 4 days after i upgraded.
Where can i stand with this?
can i call them and ask for the same deal by cancelling and retaking the same contract?

Not really. And there would be no guarantee that Three would accept you as a new customer.0 -
Not sure why "new customer" has anything to do with it, but in any case you have no cancellation rights unless in their t&c.0

You can call them and ask if, as a gesture of goodwill, they will match it. I can't see why they would, however.0

Firstly I disagree with pretty much all of the above. Lol but then I would. I think the question have to be asked before making the judgement whether you took the contract out as a result of a telephone call, via Internet or in a shop? The rules are different and you may have 14 days in which to return the phone and cancel without penalty!0
