Maybe something to think about - Is it in suitable condition to rent out, does it comply with current legislation?

We had this issue with my Dads house, he needed the extra income as he was self funding - had to pay his own care home fees - but the agent advised us that the work needed to get it to letting condition would not make it a viable option so it had to be sold

Yes, DD's house number one (which I moved into for a while when they up-sized and bought number two) was perfectly fine at the time for me (as family member) to occupy with a consent to let in place. But for the current tenants, they had to rearrange things on a buy to let, rebuild an outside garden wall, upgrade the kitchen, install a new cooker, and do all sorts, to meet revised standards.

    Good morning all...

Izzey...I'm up for testing toiletries today if there are any that need investigating....

I'm mulling over a dilemma that I have with a tenant so need to take my mind off it with a little retail.

I didn't see Bubbs post yesterday....come on sweetie we need you back...Sarah too....and anyone else whos not been around too much lately!!!!

I didnt see what was posted, but I really do think that at the moment the elite is afraid to do anything whether that be post an opinion, post a glitch or whatever....it seems as if everyone is lurking....we cant survive that way and many of us will just casually read rather than contribute to the thread.

Yes some of us have differences of opinions but please dont be frightened to post ....thats the easiest way to kill off the thread going forward.

Sometimes people need a rest from here as it gets a bit much for them at times and they take it too serious and if you feel every post you make is being jumped on you just think it's not worth the hassle.:)

Morning people, haven't been on here since end of April. When me and the ex husband split up after 13 years.
Trying to get my life sorted finally!! Really thought we would of sorted thing out, but get the feeling his enjoying his single life now!!! We have 3 young children, and they are fine. Just took me a little time to realise it's me and the kids from now on.

If there a deo glitch I'll be happy to test, after I'm dressed...

I think it's these that are glitching.
Pay 2for£3 for them and they should compare £2.40 A v £1.50 elsewhere. (check msm)

Hi to lurkers (like me) newbies and regulars & hugs to those in need or want.
Glad to see the wedding went well, and they elite helped make it happen.
feel in need of a break, but can't really afford one, hoping that at the end of these holidays a bargain might be posted but will wait n c.
