Same here, I did have a few goes due to forgotten password etc, and thought it might not work, but now have an email saying that my order is being picked and packed.

I've tried twice to raise a claim via their website but I cant seem to contact them. Ive messaged them via facebook and left a message on the thread.

Its a pity, everything£5 looked like an interesting website but it will now be added to the list of place I wont ever buy from again - anything where orders have been cancelled or cashback declined or just difficult with returns ...

Initially £5 tracked and now its declined..ive put in a claim.

Grrr tried to log into mine and OH virgin money accounts and both seemed to be locked and to phone them. I hate using the phone. Anyone know what sort of questions they ask or is it the usual mothers maiden name, dob etc.
