Afternoon all have been MIA as had a scary episode while out doing my daily 10000 steps - suddenly developed palpitations and ended up in hospital with Atrial Fibrillation rapid and irregular ❤️ beat

On beta blockers and blood thinners - don't know what caused it and now feel a bit anxious to go out by myself just in case. Hopefully I will get back on track.

Snap I am so sorry to hear the news about your Sister - I do hope that the treatment works for her.

    Big hugs everyone xx

Sorry to hear this, hope you are feeling better x
It is normal to feel anxious, can you just go to the end of the drive/end of the street next day/but further next day just to see how you feel?

Sorry that you messed up - we have all been there ... you can hand in your badge at the Elite membership desk :D.

I am sure we know it after this experience, but everyone needs to make sure that you only buy items that are the same price per item in A (so the cheapest one free is the same price as the others) to maximise your return - and all matching the same competitor.

Also it is worth people remembering, particularly if you are buying a lot, you are getting high value APGs and need to be able to spend them within 28 days of producing the voucher to get your cash back out. If you are doing multiple shops, it is best trying to rinse and repeat rather than spending lots of cash up front as otherwise you will end up with lots of vouchers left to spend on "normal" shopping (I know I now have more than I would normally spend on shopping, as I thought this may end quickly and so went in quick to get what I wanted, so I will have to decide what I need to buy to "cash out").

TBH, I'm only buying the JF in 3's to keep APGs below a tenner. My stupid ex netto self serves won't scan the apgs and I have to call over sa. Easier for me to keep them smaller iyswim.

Sorry to hear this Rockingham. My mil came out of hospital 2 weeks ago after being admitted with extremely high AF. They've since diagnosed her with colitis, apparently her AF was a symptom of this and it's been missed :o. Hope you're ok :)

Why am I even buying JF hair stuff, I have boxes of it back at the house, only brought enough toiletries to the bungalow to last 6 months - it's the new pretty purple bottles that catch my eye :o
