So here is the latest on Sister.

Went for after op/before Chemo consultation yesterday.

36 :eek: cancerous lymph nodes removed from her neck

The cancer is more advanced than previously diagnosed

6 weeks of daily chemo/radio therapy.
Tube in her tummy to feed her.
Loss of her teeth.

She has decided she doesn't want to have this ...

Mum distort

Flown to France today with older Sister until Sunday

Monday is next appointment

Whatever she decides I'll be beside her :A

This is what you now need to focus on Snap....the onward journey that you will all take...

It's a very hard one there are challenges ahead,but interspersed with these there will be lighter moments that will lift you all.

My sister and I took your journey with our brother just over 5 years ago and whilst the outcome was not as we would have wished...we embraced the journey to the bitter end and beyond...there were many sad times but also many uplifting times and a sense that we took pride and pain in every step xx

If they have told her it is definitely terminal then maybe she values the quality of her life more than the length.

FiL was in a lot of pain and unable to do anything for himself for the last few weeks, I am sure he took the decision to go sooner rather than later, I know it is hard but sometimes it is the best thing for the person fighting this horrible disease xx
