    Morning all :)

Could I please ask what people's thoughts are on receiving handmade cards. This is something I've started doing recently and I've made a couple for friends' birthdays. We've now been invited to the wedding evening do of one of DH's colleagues - he barely knows her and I've never met her. Anyway, I've made a card but wonder whether they would think we are just complete cheapskates or would it be acceptable? All thoughts welcome :)

I love receiving an handmade card :A

Let's put it this way, I don't normally keep cards but if I get a hand made one I treasure it and put it into a box I keep for special cards :)

    Morning luvlies

Scanned a couple of items in A yesterday to see how they compared. Won't use them on me so didn't do a test shop. Someone may want to though. Not cheap cheap but ok if you use them. One's dodgy anyway as v M

My stores have a £20 limit where a supervisor is needed, not just a SA

That seems to be how most tills are set now - on self-scan you can scan the voucher and receipt up to £19.99 and process it yourself without the SA/supervisor (though some loiter and still think they are the ones who have to press the button!).

I tend to use self scan as it avoids a conversation about the voucher :).
