Well I missed my first train as it took longer than I thought and the barriers were down. Determined not to miss another one I set off in good time and took 7mins 31 seconds
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

To save ink, does everyone know how to print a PDF "snapshot"?
When PDF opens, cancel the print box
    "EDIT"
    "TAKE A SNAPSHOT"
Use mouse to create a box over voucher, missing out the pic of crispies.
    OK pop up
left click over selection and select "print"
    OK print.
This should now print off voucher using a lot less ink.
This didn't work for me as I'm using Linux, maybe a different process.

When did you get the email?

I entered I thin k on the first day but sadly nothing here - I put Chester and my nearest as 2nd choice ...

OH well, I still have a random £10 Bella Italia voucher to use up whenever a 50% voucher comes up and a good excuse to eat out ...

It was a kind of a draw I think where you sent in your details and if you win you get an email back which I did :D

    Good morning all....

It's a little cold this morning...but the day has potential I think.

Well done Emerald on your BELLA I meal...it's good to see that there was at least 1 elite winner.

So onto my toiletry update .....the ins were 12 mostly made up of S 50p items none of which I needed but TBH it was the thrill of the chase and the fact that I actually found some on the shelves that led me to load them into my basket last week...
Anyway it was 5 argan body butters,3 mandra hand wash's and 3 mandra body lotions...all now stashed away for future use....the other in was a treat sized elemis day cream

the outs were 2 full sized products a gel and a face wash.

I need to do better....I have a lot of things that are almost finished so will try to concentrate on them this week and now the itch in S has been scratched all should be good there too...

I needed to add £5.50 to the toiletry spend too.

Have a lovely sunny week all.....it going to be a rocky ride here...there is so much going on and hopefully by the end of the week we should know if we will be exchanging on the new rental property that we are trying to purchase....fingers crossed please....

I've also been invited to school prize giving...I have not set foot near the place since DS left last summer, but have received an invite to this years event..very mixed feelings about attending but I think its probably important to go if only to conclude a few things and be able to inch a little more forward xx

Thank you LEJC. I am a bit of a fussy eater but I'm sure I ll be ok . Nellie will eat anything ;)

I'm just eating a pre packed sandwich I bought whoopsied on Friday for 50p, in fact I bought a few and we have all been munching at them over the weekend couple of days OOD.

Admittedly this is a cheese one but what are people's thoughts on how long over their "use by" date they are good for, we still ate chicken ones yesterday so that was over 2 days. No ill effects as yet...

Forgot to say keep an eye out for any of the Superdrug bargains that have been mentioned before as sometimes they reappear. Some of the 15p, Herbal Essence gardenia and peach shampoos reappeared in mine, just a couple of each no SEL, but still the reduced price. :money:

Like bubbs is sometimes personal shopper for ILTS, I too have an old Elite friend who I get some bits for and she does the same for me, so we have a bit of a swap shop from our car boots every couple of months. Going to add the extra ones I found for my friend, as I really have lost the game of tetris on my keter shelves and have had to resort to using wine carriers to store my booty. :rotfl:
