There have been issues with the apgs/coupons ever since they changed their system.
If the apg does not scan, you could point out to the sa that it does say on the apg, where it states 'Checkout colleagues'......if voucher does not scan, process the value by using the manual coupon button.

I think they have done this to cut down coupons, as it puts a lot of people off using them in there.
I've also had A using the excuse that they can't take it if the till rejects the coupon. HO is useless too.

Thank you, I thought that may be the case with normal coupons, but didn't realise it was with APG's too :(

I have managed to train most of the staff in my local A's, so that they know how to manually input apgs/coupons etc if the need arises :D
The staff on the self serve last week, told me that the system is being updated again, and they were hopeful that the issues regarding coupons etc would be resolved.....we shall see.

Just popped to the house to check on it and have come home really upset. While we were away at the weekend and not checking on it someone came and put their burnt out kitchen, 4 doors, and an oven in the skip provided by the insurance company. The carpets and 1/2 the kitchen have not been removed yet and npw the skip is full. We even removed the dishwasher and tumble dryer from our house and put them to one side instead of putting them in so we could ask if we could dump them in there ( they were not damaged just old)
Interestingly enough a lady I was in the hotel with had a burnt out kitchen same weekend as my damage and I know they did not have it all insured. Suspicious?

Can I ask you all a favour?

Can you please think back to how old you were when you FIRST started walking to school on your own. How far it was and whether it was rural or in a built up area.

    Much appreciated:)
