Yes, still 28 degrees here and although it's cooling a little, it won't drop much below 23 tonight, so it's definitely going to be a hot one!

I very rarely have showers - but needs must earlier

We have a shower room downstairs & barely use it...

It was divine, until I got out of cubicle & noticed all the ceiling cob webs :o:o

Talking of showers. We have potential buyers for Mr & Mrs Fourp's house. But they want to offer £10,000 less as it only has a shower & no bath. The bathroom is beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling. The shower is a special sauna/shower.
Plus they say they would have to replace the kitchen ???
Kitchen is immaculate, alright not to everyone's taste but good condition & quality.

Oh I'll offer you £10,000 less as you don't have a giraffe in the garden
