Good morning Elite
I'm having to take a back seat for a few days as plurasy is back. I'm seeing doc again tomorrow when she will give me antibiotics, she wouldn't yesterday morning as she felt it was just starting up grrrrr
I can't find a comfortable position to sit or lay just now and typing is pulling on my ribs and back. I'm several pages back but will carry on reading as and when I can.
SAVVY :j :j it is so good to see you, I've missed your chat. Hope you are feeling well
Hugs to those in need, take care xxThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

Your council may be nice... ours is horrid and evil and not fit for purpose. It took 3.5 years to get planning permission. They did things like remove documents from the planning file that would support our case (i.e. confirming that a substantive start had begun). I worked for the authority, and found out by a random comment one of the customer services women said to me when she collected the file and they were taking docs out of it (they did not realise I always take presents for the customer service ladies at xmas nor that I worked for them.... whilst we won the complaint as we had to agree to no financial compensation before appealing we were still skint).
In reality they did not want the house build. Despite having a healthy balance to start (only start) a build we were eventually left with £500... and when we eventually had the government inspector on the land, the chief planning officer said that he thought the build was a really good idea.... I have never been so close to assaulting someone in my life!
The Bronze Age burial ground sounds really interesting. Around our plot there is some history from the 11 century.... but thank god nothing was found... or I may be working away from home forever! x
we we were going through planning we were told we had to have parking spaces outside for 4 cars as there were 4 bedrooms - good in theory but at the time our offspring were 20 years away from needing cars and the boys bedrooms were actually one room split which is now one big room so actually 3 bedrooms
in theory we can squeeze 3 in but fortunately no one at the end enforced the 4 car space which would have meant digging the front garden up“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. That is absolutely ridiculous, surely as you have just had it then they would want to knock it on the head before it got started up :mad: It sounds like it didn't clear entirely last time. When I had pneumonia and went back for a checkup, the doctor gave me more antibiotics just to make sure it was clear (chose the most horrible tasting ones too:mad:). Good luck talking some sense into them. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Morning, finished work till September apart from the odd immunisation drop in clinic over the summer.
Sorry to hear your still suffering AJ, I was reading your post and then saw your welcome to savvy and thought that jumping up and down must have been painful:o:rotfl: lovely here but a bit confined as I'm looking after a 12 week old Welsh Terrier of my sister's for 3 weeks, oh the amount tinkles and poo's is unbelievable :eek:0
