    Please can any eBayer help with my problem.
    I sent a parcel signed for delivery on 20th March , buyer not received, No info on rm, just states on the way!
    What do I do next??

    Don't sell much lately but trying to declutter but always seen to create more problems.

    Someone with more knowledge will be along soon, but signed for with RM is a waste of money, as they hardly ever bother getting a signature any more. It looks as if you will have to refund, and make a claim from RM.
