That is gorgeous TM. I love these too, such delicate individual flowers on a head. I haven't been too successful with mine I bought at Gardeners World Live a couple of years ago. I put it in a large pot in the middle of my front gravel, planted in erichacious (?) compost but it hasn't thrived :( I bought it as it is the samne type that was outside the patio doors of Alan's room at the local hospital paliative unot, where he spent his last few days. When I went ot a medium a couple of years ago, she talked about Alan and mentioned a patio door into a garden with lovely large multicoloured flowers. It puzzled me for a while and then I pictured the courtyard garden outside his room :A The day after he died, I had gone back to ask if I could get a flower or two off the bush and I have them pressed in an old bible ♥. so I would love for the bush to thrive

    Welcome back Savvy :j :j

I bet there's not been any APG glitches has there? (Wondering if that sentence is grammatically correct now:rotfl:, but who cares?) And I've kept the all-important Gastro fish under watch throughout, just in case:cool:. It's going to end on the first date on which I don't check:rotfl:. So, keep looking for me now I'm (for now:D) back here!!:):A

We've had a few glitches savvy....no multis on Felix cat food and was it UB rice?.....I'm forgetting myself:rotfl:

    A lovely story 3Dogs:A

I've grown most of mine from cuttings and find they need very little attention. I have a friend who detests them with a passion and I think it's one of those love them or hate them types of bushes. But what's not to like? Even when the flower heads are skeletal and dying, I think they look beautiful....especially in frost.

Is yours getting leggy.......could it do with a prune?

    So the plan now is:

    Wednesday - local stores
Monday (next week) - other store and locals
Wednesday - confined to local stores again:( as not able to do much this day
Monday (1st August:eek:) - other stores to pick up items I normally don't see
Wednesday - back to locals again for a more thorough check
8th August - other store and locals or maybe locals again
10th August - local stores but configuration of normal Monday rather than Wednesday locals
11th August onwards - maybe new stores and out and about again.

But, for now, it's 6th July again, which in a way is not much use although it seems it will be not vastly different to today (in theory it's nearer to the current date but, in practice, some new items and some things will have changed by today - I'm sure at least one item changes in price on every day in M - there isn't any day on which there are no price changes at all - and I've never had any occasion where a price check on a different date hasn't had at least something different to before, even if it has been done on a day extremely close in time to before. So, definitely some differences to the last info. I had but I'll just update for 'my own purposes' and I think the main offers - certainly as of last week - were still on. I'm repeating myself now, sorry:rotfl::rotfl:. Someone - shut him up!!:D He's only been on here today, dear me!).

Hi Everyone - what a gorgeous day it's been :)

TM, that is a beautiful hydrangea - do you by any chance know its name?

I love most hydrangeas but not so keen on the very common pink ones. I have a beautiful deep pink one by the front door. They are so easy to grow and need very little attention :T

Can I add to that? Waiting in a queue in a supermarket, with a couple behind me "I need batteries for my dildo Dan."

They might not have heard you ;)
