Just checked, you are correct, WM Cashback, I won't get my cashback then, £9 wasted, at least I got some cheap plonk.

Morning Sad Dad. You can take them back.

    Morning All,

Thanks Picasso, I might return one of them if I go back out today for more wine. One of the packet of hot cross buns I got look burnt so I might return those at the same time.

Morning luvlies, misty here this morning, hope its not long before the sun breaks through :)

Have moved into a lovely bungalow for 6 months while all the building work takes place on our house. They've taken the back of our house out now and exposed the roof so there's no way we could have stayed there . Hoping to be back in by August, they're ahead of schedule so it is doable.

We bought the house in Nov '15 and lived in it just how it was left in 1966 - it literally hadn't been touched in all those years :rotfl:

This is the kitchen which is currently at the front of the house and being moved to the back

This is the view from our bedroom, being extended across the back

This is the back of our house yesterday, they've had to open it up to put the steels in.

It's the fourth project we've done so well used to all the mess. Not one of my friends, sister or anyone I know said they could put up with this :rotfl: doesn't bother me as I know it will look fabulous when it's done. Chose the new kitchen yesterday ;)

I've just checked my eBay sales from the past 2 months and made enough to buy our new bed and a TV just from selling all the retro stuff which was left in the house; wall lights and light fittings, and a 1960's vacuum cleaner from the loft which I knew would get good money as it was so collectible. Well happy with that :T

Off to the gym now, hope everyone has a great day and enjoys the sunshine.

    Give over 9.50v1...... OMG

I need to search the wine as we have none. I came home from work to OH being very pleased with himself, he tells me he has sent DS2 with a card and bottle of champagne for his sisters 50th. It was my flipping champagne and I don't like the woman (she is really really horrid!) :(:(:(:( and she has my champagne:(:(:(:(:(

OH is on the naughty chair!

    I should think so too

    Good Morning all :)

    Good morning gang
I feel a little lighter today after digesting "the letter" overnight.
I will try to forget all the wrongs that were done and said about me for now and concentrate on getting better and also finding a way to live without money, lol ........I am actually contemplating going back to my job in the late summer but time will tell !!
I too am selling some things but have chosen the local buy and sell site as its more do-able with some of the bulky items. If it goes to plan will have a hundred pounds in my sweaty paws by lunchtime....off to the bank it is then - have a great day folks xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
