Finally all my glitching over the past six months has been handed over. They have a loft full of nappies and dd said the other day....I can't believe how many nappies I'm using, you've saved us a fortune :j literally music to my ears
I took them to Preston on Monday to register the birth and somehow we got onto the subject of baby food. I passed a comment about the boxes of baby porridge and jars etc I've got waiting for when she is 4 months and Dd bf said have you bought us baby food aswell......my reply was.....not really bought :rotfl: he just thinks I'm a nutter. He also looked sceptical when I gave him some of the sharpies....he asked, can I really use these to shave my face. ...me....of course you can. ....dh when I told him  they may be shaped differently :rotfl: we will have to wait and see :rotfl:
After a few nights back in hospital with jaundice mum and baby are back home and doing great. I don't think I'd ever really thought about what kind of mum she would be but she's just perfect
She is your daughter, what else could you expect?0 -
Do you have any of the map apps directing you?
Try double pressing the home button and swiping up to close all the apps you see that are open.
Then try this:
Settings> general> Background app refresh>
you will see a list of apps that refresh all the time and drain your battery life. Turn off ones you don't use regularly.
Yes I regularly clear my open pages
But I didnt know about the app refreshment thing - everything was green so Ive just kept the essential ones
I also found a page from somewhere called solution owl about battery drain, quite technical but I will see what I can figure out“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Good morning. We are on the latest iOS on our 5 and 5S and the only issue faced was it changed the settings for iCloud (switched them back on when I had switched off) - they sent an email about this issue. Hold down your home bottom and then the power button at the same time and it should then reboot. By coincidence Mrs Aaron had this exact same issue on Tuesday and that resolved it. I am not sure what caused it though .

Its 10.1.2 - the latest version they want me to update to which I am still dithering about“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Good morning All,
Not a good night sleep. I kept thinking about yesterday morning.......I went to feed the hens, only to find that a fox had got into the enclosure and killed them. (It had to climb 6 foot wire mesh to get in!). So sad.
DS2 was wonderful. Hadn't realised just haw tall he has grown until I tried crying on his shoulder, and it was way above me!!!!!!
Hoping for a better day. You too!
Oh this is awful, I didn't realise foxes were so athletic
Maybe some sort of sloping roofing structure before you get more hens.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Morning all - it was glorious sunshine when I got up, you could feel heat on your skin :j
And now the thick white cloud bank is over us again
We ran out of tea yesterday and had to resort to the emergency value tea from Sada that has been lurking in the cupboard - urggg
So its off to Home and Bargains or B & M today for a massive box of Yorkshire Tea“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Remember the free cineworld ticket with select dvds at A/T? "Home" is a qualifying title and is just £3 in T. It also comes with a free Ice Age Easter DVD

ETA. There was a thread on HUKD about this offer and it seems caution is needed when doing multiple claims because lots of people have been asked to send in IDApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
