I am now staying up for an hour or so to defend my parcels . Stupid Snatch game - I went to the trouble of collecting them so now feel obliged to try to keep them. In terms of game strategy, has anyone worked out the best time of day/night to collect the parcels? Or indeed is anyone else playing?

I never got into Pok!mon Go but Little Anon did for a while - at least with that once you caught them they were yours!

It is like those exploding bombs on Candy Crush - I hate them too, but with this game you have 6 hours to keep paying attention :(.

Surely all the kids who play will be asleep now, cant you go and steal all theirs?

Supposed to be 17+ only - I thought that the other night and had all 10 stolen from 2am when I eventually went to bed .

Thieving little ... oh hang on, I suppose it is called Snatch for a reason :D.

... though the name is unfortunate, you have to be careful how you word sentences when mentioning to others :o.

    And so it continues....

I've just received an email saying the complaint email I sent to Virgin Trains Customer Support, which they then told me to forward to Virgin Trains Customer Relations, has been forwarded to Virgin Trains East Coast Customer Services. I can't help feeling the service might be improved if they employed less people in Customer Service and more people on the trains!!

I tried to put a complaint in last year about something, still waiting for a reply.

What I find even more annoying is it is addressed "Dear Customer". Couldn't even be bothered to use my name or, I suspect, it's just a standard reply.

That reminds me with talk of CS, did anyone get a reply from McPromo at Christmas for any missing Am4zon vouchers?

I didn't pursue further after my initial email but you would have thought they may have responded even if it were to say tough!

    Many thanks
