this thread explains the badge system https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4546969

I have 10 but only 9 display due to the forum layout. If you click on one of the badges it then brings up the full list that the user has and what they are for.

I think I need to check this out as I qualify for some of them :j
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I tried to put a complaint in last year about something, still waiting for a reply.

I always think you get a better response if you take to twitter/ Facebook as your complaint is public for all to see and they are less likely to ignore it.

Good morning all, beautiful sunny day.

Plans today are to paint the shed and pressure wash the patio, will have to wait and see if both happen.

    And so it continues....

I've just received an email saying the complaint email I sent to Virgin Trains Customer Support, which they then told me to forward to Virgin Trains Customer Relations, has been forwarded to Virgin Trains East Coast Customer Services. I can't help feeling the service might be improved if they employed less people in Customer Service and more people on the trains!!

Virgin twitter teams are really good.

Totally agree, but I just cant get my head round twitter, so just bury my head in the sand whenever it is mentioned :rotfl:
