I have 10 but only 9 display due to the forum layout. If you click on one of the badges it then brings up the full list that the user has and what they are for.

I've just received an email saying the complaint email I sent to Virgin Trains Customer Support, which they then told me to forward to Virgin Trains Customer Relations, has been forwarded to Virgin Trains East Coast Customer Services. I can't help feeling the service might be improved if they employed less people in Customer Service and more people on the trains!!
