One of my favourite tiny Co-ops - the one on my usual route coming home - is one of the 200+ stores to be taken over by McColls :( But the good news is the staff are keeping their jobs :)

So while I'm out and about in the next few weeks, I'll be nipping in to various local Co-ops finding out which ones are remaining so I know where's easiest to go for my till spits. Another free 50p yesterday on fruit - I got rtc cherries with that. Yum. :D

Just printed £9 in apgs from those shower gels. Nearly forgot about them!

I didn't know about this, how do you find out which ones will be taken over ??

They were all talking about it in-store yesterday when I popped in, and apparently it's been in the news. Might be worth googling to see if there's a list, I guess, otherwise it's a case of asking in-store.

If anyone sees Benadryl at a good price please post back. There is no generic equivalent.

    :o

I've been browsing Arg0s Clearance - really cheap rugs, curtains, bedding & towels.

But what I did reserve was RSCPA puppy training pads 100 for £12.49 and can be used for people

Mum has been paying £21 on Amazon for 100 exactly the same bar the words RSPCA & Puppy ;)

1.30am last night I was out side trying to cut off the branches of the Virginia Creeper with nail scissors.
They kept setting off the front door solar light like a disco. Hall & garden was lighting up every 2 minutes :o

Then I thought whilst I'm out here in my jamas :o I must cut off the Clematis tentacles that are mugging passersbys
