V1rgin Red question - for those of you with the V6 offer, was it just there or did you get an email inviting you to claim this offer please? I ask as I queried if it was exclusive and they asked if I had the email?

    Many thanks

It was on the virgin red app. I am verified with virgin media on the App.

Mhoc, sorry to hear you are stressed with errant son. I take over the washing when mine return to the nest, it helps me control the mess. I have warned the girlfriend that DS2 isn't fully trained.

Snap ant, sorry to hear the news. Hope the treatment leads to a full recovery.

With relative at moment so brief catch up

Me too Seren :o. I went out yesterday with DS3 and the dogs as I think I recall telling you all.

Had a fabulous one to one time with ds, something we do now and again his work shift permitting. Anyway, we walked alone the prom and onto the shingle beach. DS telling me I shouldn't be walking in shingle as it's so uneven and hard going, get back on the prom  no I didn't want to. I wanted to enjoy time with him and the dogs,

I'm paying for it today as expected but as I'm getting back into my own regime, if I bed rest today I should be fine tomorrow :D

I'm at second day of house rest AJ and still suffering - nerve pains down my legs and hip - stopping me sleeping. I'm the same of you though, do too much one day and need that recovery time :(

    Any news on Emily 3dogs?:)

I knew you'd love the kitty paws TM, I chose them especially for you ;)

Sweet Emily has a fan who would love to adopt her but as a rescue we have to decide if she needs that assessement and rehabilitation time first. We can't have more mistakes with her. The lady already has two Rommies and is fostering another. Anyway we are finding out more details and will take it from there

Well done at weight loss Bubbs - that's fantastic

Lovely to see Ladyshopper reporting in and her life going so well :j

Off to bed soon so will say night night now

    Night night ;)

Feel free to laugh, I do! If I didn't I'd get a bit miserable about it, as to be honest lying on a public toilet floor is gross. If I am going to be out for longer than 4 hours and know I need to use the loo, I now carry round a rucksack with a picnic blanket in it so I can lie on that. I think of it as like a giant changing mat for adults! :D

Any day as far as I know, don't have much going on.
I feel your pain LS.. I even mucked up the 'disabled toilets' I know we have 'changing places' . but that doesn't help those
of us who can 'sort themselves out' if we have the time and place to do it.

Question about working taxcredit. My Mum has a pretty useless cleaner but Mum refuses to let us get rid of her. Anyway as sis is home getting better she gets funding to pay a cleaner. So we already pay this lady £10.00 per hour for 4 hours a week ( into her bank account) and sis has taken over paying this and given her an ectra hour a week whilst shes home. But she needs an invoice for her insurers and asked the cleaner to provide one. Firstly she said she couldnt as she would have to declare it ( it goes into her bank account so surely she declares it. ) She is self employed and told my sister she gets £50.00 per week working tax credit and couldnt manage without it. But then she said she works 30 hour a week and most of her clients pay her £12.50 per hour. Even if 20 of those hours were at £12.50 per hour and the rest at £10.00 per hour then that £323.00 per week gross. So how is he getting £50.00 working tax credit!
I realy don't know anything about tax and working tax credits, but what boils my xxxx is that most local authorities struggle to pay minimum wage for carers for very vulnerable people.

Has anyone else's nectar offer for 250 points on a virgin booking updated to say 600 points?

    4A42DABC-E493-4684-91EE-5A15E7AFEF18_zpsqp3jproi.png

I posted the above on the 8th of March. Nectar have just awarded us both 500 points for East Coast tickets booked on 8th March (not the 250/600 we were expecting)

I'm wondering if this is them paying out the overlapping Mothers Day promo instead  Who bloomin' knows :rotfl:

What does everyone else have? (Log into nectar, view your statement and filter on "East Coast" to find the points quickly)

I am officially at my highest points balance ever :j :j
