Beautiful start to the day, sun is shining, birds singing and my window is open wide :D

Happy shopping if you're heading out :T

Hugs to the poorly Elite and those low in spirit, I'm thinking of you xx
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I posted the above on the 8th of March. Nectar have just awarded us both 500 points for East Coast tickets booked on 8th March (not the 250/600 we were expecting)

I'm wondering if this is them paying out the overlapping Mothers Day promo instead  Who bloomin' knows :rotfl:

What does everyone else have? (Log into nectar, view your statement and filter on "East Coast" to find the points quickly)

I am officially at my highest points balance ever :j :j

I haven't any Virgin offers at all but I also have my largest balance ever:)

That double up is eagerly anticipated.

We"ll be snookered if the card starts refusing multiple double ups per grouping:eek:

    Good morning all.

    Everything went really well yesterday.

Hope the one I am going to today goes as well. The first of the group of friends I grew up with makes it hit home a little. Far too young, feel so much for his mother.

    Good morning Elite :hello:

I've been awake since 6am but after getting some coffee took it back to bed and curled up again, snug as a bug.

Susan. I think I need a day 2 as I am still suffering and feet still puffy :o. DS3 has said 'well I did tell you to keep off the shingle beach'. Now why would I? I wouldnt have been able to join in and play, a little normality goes a long way with me knowing I'm going to pay the price. The option of not joining in would mean I'd just be watching them have fun, I can watch them at home

Normality has a lot going for it AJ :)

Well I'm out the door and it's raining hedgehogs:rotfl:

    Catch you later:)

It really does hit home doesn't it?:o

Thinking of you and hoping you will all get together afterwards and recall the happy memories.

I hope you are getting some sleep Di......your little one will be back at home before you know it:)

Mr TM went to get his pins out last week but was told they were to stay in another week. I only realised last night that he came home last week with a bag of dressings. When I had a good look inside, there's scissors:eek:, too many dressings and loads of sterile rinses and cotton buds. He should have taken more notice of what he was given but at a time when the NHS is fighting for funding, it seems so wasteful. If we returned them they would be binned:o

Those little green scissors - if they still do them - are ideal for keeping in the car for snipping coupons - mine are still going that I got from my old Ma and she's been gone 10 yrs... :)

So sorry to hear your sister's news snap x

    Morning all :)

Just heard that DH's god daughter is having a baby later this year. It's not possible, she's only a baby herself. Feeling old.

That is so awful, a parent should never have to bury their child :( Hope it goes as well as it can xx
