Okay, in for a point, in for 3k. Having had the door firmly shut by V1king saying GCs didn't qualify, I thought I would chance my arm on FB N3ctar again (they didn't ask what I ordered, so I didn't mention more details than requested ... and there was the entry with a few points to mark the date when it was processed
) and they added my missing 3k
. Good job really as I "may" have placed another order that may have confused the issue if he looked tomorrow!
Back in the game - can I have my badge back please :A.

CoS payment run is happening now .

They still ask for your bank details though, don't they?
When it first showed I had a look at it but I was put off by being asked for bank details. I would really like a 3 or 6 months access but not if they have access to my account.
I get the Guardian updates each morning and I pick out the interesting articles to read rather than anything to do with the news.
Must have another look at my app but whatever a V6 is I don't think I've got it
They do ask for bank details but their website is very clear on subscriptions - cancel anytime(so mid September will be fine, I will login to the website and see if cancelling now would leave it running free for 6 months - if not, then I will have to put it in the diary so that I don't forget
).
V6 is the new V1rgin Media T1vo.

Remember if you are order V1king to go through QC first (5%) or TCB (7%) - in theory QC should highest price guarantee taking it to 9% (double the difference) but will report back as I have submitted a claim.

OMG sounds like my dd although she was ok till she was about 13 until about 3 years ago. She met her OH at 19 and led him a merry dance till about 3 years ago. He hung in there ( she thought he was a bit too ordinary and not exciting enough) and once she realised they got married, have a lovely home and a darling baba. She is now the most organised person I know although I am still sorting all the crap she left behind in her bedroom. Now with the flooding etc lots of it is going in the bin ( or the skip they just delivered)
Just hang in there. Hope your OH is supportive to you in all of this.
Good point about my OH. Its very hard to tell with blokes exactly how they process difficult stuff when there are emotions involved.
He was and is reeling very badly from his daughter getting married - I don't think he fully realised until a few days before that he was going to be the person walking her down the aisle and literally giving her away. They are very close - mainly when she was going through whatever she was going through it was mainly directed at me rather than her dad, but I suppose that is normal. At least he is expressing how lost he is feeling and not bottling it up
OH re the Errant son situation - we have found the empty nest stage not easy but gradually, especially since last summer we were getting things together and making the house our own again and getting normal domestic routines as a couple again etc
Now OH feels outraged, as if we have been invaded, cuckoo in the nest almost, outraged at the general chaos going on around us eg he was trying to do dinner last night and Errant son was putting things in and out of the washing machine and washing up a big bucket of dirty saucepans from the van - our kitchen is just not designed for 2 people to do several complicated jobs like this at the same time.
Errant son has helped himself to most of OHs ginger beer - didn't even bother to ask, otherwise I would have shown him the Robinsons. Small irritations like that he is finding irksome.
I have not said anything about the wet washing this morning or kitchen gate or the lemon mayo issue, it wont help things.
But it will settle down eventually, once Errant son figures out the house rules (which we didn't even know we had but it seems we have)
And as usual there are a few other things looming in the background - never just one thing going on“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Mhoc...thank you...I think you have kept me going today....and I really am grateful.
I know we are on completely different wavelengths over returners to the nest but as they say opposites attract and whilst I know you are not looking forward to having him home......I can't wait for the clutter and mess that Saturday will bring when our DS decamps back for the Easter holidays!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Well we trotted off to Morribobs this afternoon for cashback items.
I'd seen the various Mash Direct items for COS yesterday but I didn't get themToday though all that was left was a vegetable bake and one only reduced pack of carrot frittes so that was all I could get - possibly they will extend the expiry date as its just a half price offer.
I also got the Hovis seeded bread but all of the bread had a reduced sticker on it so it had to do.
So despite 2 of the 3 items having yellow reduced labels on them COS still gave me £2.10 cashback on a £3.60 spend - very impressive.
This was my small Morribobs which sadly does not sell the free mini taco things - wish I'd gone to the big Morribobs now. I wasn't even sure what I was going to do with them, possibly just food bank.
The lovely free beer selection last week came onto the lists Wednesday night/Thursday morning so sadly there was too much happening for me to go to Morribobs that morning - it would have meant taking the beers with us up to North Yorkshire and the car was jammed full as it was.
I did though get the free Amstrels and the free Old Moulds the night before so at least that was something.
I tasted one of the new flavour Old Moulds last night and it was tasteless so it might get exchanged for the pretty pink flavour
Otherwise I hope some of the expiring offers get renewed overnight as it seems I need to be in Sada“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Your DS is lovely though, keeps in touch when he can and he seems to appreciate home comforts and his mum and he looks forward to being home - cherish him :T
Mine really hates being here and wants to be elsewhere, barely tolerates us, takes us and home for granted but its just his only option for now - and this is the 2nd time we have been in this situation with him.
Basically once he finished uni and went north for his first job May 2013, that was it, he never really wanted anything else to do with us -I am so dim it took me a very long time to fully realise this, I kept him up to speed, sending messages and writing letters, desperately keeping the lines of communication open for years but he really didn't want to know. The more I tried the worst it became ...
Anyway OH has put the beef casserole on so the house smells homely for whenever he strolls home tonight - Errant son out all afternoon, no message to say where else he has gone to.
And I've made jelly and forest fruits - very retro dessert“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
That reminds me of the text we had at 2am the other morning....
DS is in the student union bar...clearly worse for wear but texted to say he was really sorry he had used the "family credit card" for a round of drinks....
How much ? we texted back....
£10 came back the reply.....oh well at least it proves he hasnt lost the card and thankfully it wasnt a round of drinks for all in the bar!
some of his best texts are sent in the early hours......frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
