    DM...any ideas for a special evening meal out at the weekend?

    Have you heard about Citron Verte?

    No, what/where is that? I love limes.

    How many people for, mid-week/weekend, sort of food? Low/mid/high end prices?
    Edit: weekend. Saturday?

    I'm sure I've passed that recently - off to google.

    Will be busy in restaurants this weekend for Mother's Day.

    You get sent an email, but you collect/print the coupon in store. You swipe your card & it shows you have a coupon to print :D

    DAB stations dont work by me, they keep like buffering all the time, really annoying.

    DAB has been a longstanding bugbear for me, whereby vested interests get us to switch to something with no discernible benefits to us doing so (IMO). It serves the interests of manufacturers of DAB sets, when the old system worked perfectly and did not need changing. With FM, with a really good radio set, you can pick up lots of stations regardless of whether they are in best quality or not. With DAB however, you either get a station or you do not. This reduces the number of stations from other areas you can receive (albeit that multiplexes might have more on nearby transmitters now) and therefore reduces listener choice...zzzz...:rotfl:. Not that we have any choice, with the same diet of popular music on every channel. DAB is said to be of better quality, however I have never been convinced of that - if you got your nearest station in very good FM quality, I think you would hardly notice any difference (it's perfectly fine enough for me) and, in some respects, I think the quality of the reception with DAB is diminished. In addition, you know how, with digital television, my countdown at the New Year is now ruined as the broadcasting is not received completely live but, on digital, is about four seconds delayed. For a person like me, who works with exactness and accuracy, with a radio-controlled clock (there is only one accurate time), it does matter (in the sense that I notice it, I don't get really stressed about it or anything but...) - the New Year chimes are delayed and are not counting down accurately and I have to revert to Radio 4 analogue now as the audio to get the New Year at the right time!

    Hello hg......our paths don't often cross these days...but I did read that our Jasmine had been naughty catching a little bird .....did it survive?

    I have a selection of A's that I visit depending on which direction I'm working in. I usually call straight after work....so it can vary between 4.30 and 5.30 most days.
    I'm not happy when I'm working in Tesco's direction:rotfl::rotfl:
    It gave a little squawk and flew away when she dropped it, so hopefully it survived. She looks like butter wouldn't melt but she's a little devil when it comes to catching things.
