Was just going to say the same thing, I would throw them at you if you bought me them for an anniversary present.

I'm now at the "Don't waste your money on cards and flowers for Mothers Day" time of the year.

Do you think you've turned a corner with DS Sarah....it sounds as if you had a better weekend:)

    Morning all.
I must say, I am shocked at all the ladies on here that would be ungrateful to receive such a lovely kettle and toaster, I would love to have them as a gift. Come on ladies, flowers only last a week, these will last years! (Well not the kettle perhaps ;) )

Not as useful as a good iron though, are they? Look at the hassle TM is having with her iron, I bet she would love a nice iron. :)

Jewellery lasts a lot longer than either, either that or swarovski crystal (animal ornaments, not their jewelery, not impressed by that :o )

That said, we only ever exchanged gifts for our first anniversary, and that was extra questions our for Trivial Pursuit game (keep the comments tame please!).

We struggle enough with birthday and Christmas presents without adding another into the mix :rotfl::rotfl:
