She also got very angry with me for making her "think" about paperwork I had spent hours working on (through the night) at home; after she asked me to explain what I had managed to sort out.

I always thought I would be able to cope with a physical decline, but to see her loosing her ability to think and function is so hard and I really don't know were to turn or what to do for the best. Except I will breath my last breath before I consider a Care Home.

I really, really do not want to say this, but she sounds just like my FiL in his last few weeks. Except he would not even get out of bed in the last few days
