Anyone have any ideas as to the best place to get fuchsia seeds please?

I would like some fairly dramatic bush fuchsias for the front garden and I know you can get seeds, suspect I might get more choice that way.

Can anyone help with a barcode for the Heinekin 6 pack for Shopmium? DH picked up 3 packs but they are not the champions league promo ones so its rejecting the barcode. TIA

Uploading via the website bypasses the barcode reader

You are a lifesaver! I don't know how long I could keep DH away from those beers if I had to return them. Thanks.

:T:T:T:T:T she has done fantastic, very well done her and to you all, so will she be a GP?

It's a relief bubbs, she won't be quite as far away from home and has chosen to be near DD1 to be able to spend more time with her niece. :A

No but after 6 years of study she will officially be a doctor if she passes her finals. If she did choose to be a GP it would be another 2 years off when they choose to specialise, she has to be a junior doctor at a hospital for another 2 years first. It's certainly a long haul.

That is great news TS. I guess when she passes is when the real work starts

Thanks, I don't know E, they work pretty long hours on placement at the moment and have teaching as well. But the difference will be they will make the decisions.

    Sorry dont know
I think I have decided it is not worth jumping through more hoops to get the free Smegg stuff. I have been for a kitchen consultation, apparently I also need to get a costing. This may or may not come by email so I am going to wait a while see what comes through on the email, but I really don't want to go to the next appointment. Partly because I would really like the kitchen lol

If this means I do not get the freebies then fair enough, it was an interesting exercise but I do not want to be put under the pressure I think would happen.
You tried and did your best:D

    Evening all

What a day. They dont make this caring lark easy. Had mum ready by 12 waiting for hospital transport for her 2pm appt. Had her outside by 2pm, still no transport. So phoned them and they said should be there within the hour. Phoned mums appt place and they said will still see her, they contacted transport and also told them will be with us by the hour. Waited and waited, had to take mum back in again as despite the sunshine and wrapped up in scarves, blankets and thick coat she said she was cold. 5pm mums appt place phoned up and said will have to cancel but can see her tomorrow at 1.30pm. They said they will arrange transport again and will be putting in a complaint to transport.
So hopefully things will go more to plan tomorrow . Fingers crossed:o

Oh gocat, really feel for you, had similar with my mum years ago when she had an appointment at S'ton, they booked transport for 8am in the morning to get her there for 9am appointment.

No one to phone at 8am to tell that transport had not arrived, when the guy turns up nearer 9am he says he didn't start work until 8am and they should have known that when he was booked. Can't remember where he came from but think it might have actually been S'ton, the worse thing was mum was not his only pick up. Detour of part of Dorset and Hampshire before we arrived.

I wish I had just taken her myself but she was so poorly by then, I didn't think it was good idea to take her on my own and they said I could accompany her so assumed that was a good option.

It's so wrong when people are unwell to put them through this, I hope it's a better outcome tomorrow and they turn up. But I will bet you they don't turn up on time...
