Aw ....thank you mrsmac, although actually it felt good and right to buy "monkey"...and the tea.
Monkey in our household is well respected and it was always a little event when a new one came out....it felt right to bring this one home.

I've probably cried more writing this post than I meant to but it is positive .....honest x

To be fair I bet we would all rather be eating something homemade by you round that lovely table that supports so many happy family meals....
I remember a few years back your boys finding far too many lobsters in the pots down at the beach....that would be a nice meal for us all to share....

Was just going to say the same as you did.

Wave back to Emma from me too....she's been MIA for far too long.

.....as has our lovely nanny...hoping everything is as well as it can be for her...if anyone is in contact with either her or nikki....please pass on my thoughts x

Will do and of course. I was wondering where Nanny had got to. I have a feeling I've missed something along the way - I hope she's ok x

Hiho hiho it s off to the chiropractor I go. Well just been actually. The same one who sorted my trapped nerve 3 years ago. This time I have a bad back. I'm ok once ive got straight and can walk around ok but when I sit and try to get up it's agony.

I've had it for over two weeks so it's not going on it's own. So I thought I'd get in there early before any more damage is done. :o

hope you can get something sorted soon emerald....a bad back is never good and it always puts the rest of the body out too I think.

If only there were something to reverse the effects of aging...it would make someone millions!
all well and good we can buy creams and potions for the skin or dye for the hair etc...but the real money has to be in improving the muscles and bones......
