there is a worrying number of things you can get points for including "furious driving"

Not worrying really unless you drive like an idiot which unfortunately many do...I welcome this change in the law, it's just a shame there is not enough police about to enforce them :(

Well it's felt like a Monday today, for sure.

The SA in my oh-so-friendly Co-op was entirely and utterly silent apart from telling me the amount.

I said to the guy who checked my tyres that it's a better day today, weatherwise, isn't it - and he said 'Better for what?'

Other than that, it's all plain sailing and the sun is shining. :D

I hope they went through the till at less than £18 or there was something that could be claimed back as DTD.....I remember seeing these in my local a few weeks ago when there was a big clear out bearing yellow stickers at £4.50.....sadly I had no use for them.

Worth looking out for though in lots of T's

Snap's probably going to say 4p :rotfl:

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

    Good afternoon. :)

I asked questions about airport lounge pass a couple of days ago. I just wanted to say thanks to all who replied. :A

I applied for The Preferred Rewards Gold Card today. I need to buy flight tickets this week so I'm hoping the card arrives by Friday. If I can use the card to buy tickets then £2k spend is mostly achieved...

I ended up reading up about the Platinum Card and really fancied having one:o but couldn't justify the £450 :eek:anual fee for myself, as I'm not a frequent traveller. I wondered if any elite have one?

Anyway, off to slave in the kitchen. Have a nice evening.:)

Yes, thanks, I know it's September, but always good to be one step ahead, especially with Mum's circumstances (ill health).
Also got to do the same for £1.00 coins, as won't be long before new fancy shaped ones are out.
Don't fancy having to cart loads of coins and notes to the Bank of England after the banks stop accepting them :(

Banks dont stop taking them, I took some shillings and 10 bob notes the other day, didnt mean to upset you, just wanted you to know there is no rush to get them to the bank :o
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D
