Doesn't stop you being able to claim delay repay!

There is an MSE site that calculates for you. Just click the "buy back" button. Looks like you will get £18- £18.74 for it, depending where you go.

I quite like it when the train is delayed. The thought of a free train journey plus nectar points is quite exciting. I am still waiting to hear from Virgin. I expect they had a huge backlog due to the weather. Does anyone remember how many nectar points it was for each journey. My points have not been added so need to chase this up. Thank SOOHAL for the reminder!

Thank you . It was left over from when I went to Norway a few years ago and just come across it.

New 200 kroner notes are being introduced in May 2017, so I would exchange it over before then :)
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

I've only got the one was thinking post office, bank, or travel agent . Not a thing I normally do.

If you are going abroad before May (when notes change) exchange it abroad for the local currency. Cuts out the middle man ;)

Gosh- just seen the news and its 30years since The Herald Of Free Enterprise capsized in Zeebrugge- I remember that as if it were yesterday.
my dad at the time was a long distance lorry driver travelling to the continent 2 to 3 times a week, going from Harwich- Hook, Dover-Calais or Dover - Zeebrugge, That fateful Friday night he was on another route home but we didn't know until he reach Norfolk Saturday lunchtime that he was ok (no mobile phones then) he had had a long week and just use to drive when he reached the uk so he didn't know of the disaster. but he had sailed on The Herald the week before, so he was one of the lucky ones. He was very saddened at the time and I remember him shedding a few tears because he was a very frequent traveller he knew many of the crew especially the pursers who he use to give a bottle of spirits to and then they would give him a cabin so he could have a decent sleep...he never travelled that route again

    Cheese is the trigger!

I can't tell you how pleased it makes me to have brought a glitch to the group. :)

Remember, this isn't a comparison shop, so you don't need a minimum of 10 items, you just need to be surprised that the total is not £10 and toddle over to customer service to sort it out for you. Whether you disguise this amongst your shopping or just claim to be not concentrating while paying is up to you!

Silvercar, thank you. Mum wanted a handbag so I said we'd look in T :D. There was one solitary pack of cheese so I did a meal deal and trundled to CS. DTD given while SAs said it must be the wine but earnestly wrote down what I'd bought so they could check. Good luck with that girls, no cheese left! Will try another T tomorrow as I'll pass it. You never know...
