    Can I please ask people's options on this please.

    We have a cat which is 12 year old. Always slept on the bed but for last couple of months she has started waking up at 5.15 am jumping off bed and scratching on base of bed. I'm unable to fall back to sleep and it's having an effect on my health. Sometimes she gets up around 2 and makes lots of noise in the kitchen (bedroom just off kitchen diner). Anyway is it acceptable to shut the cat in the conservatory at night time for her to sleep on the 3 seater sofa please ? Welcome your replies as it's causing major disagreement with oh. Tia xx

    Maybe try her in the conservatory for tonight and see how she goes. If it is affecting your health then it would be reasonable to try something different with her.
