I think if you review order before payment you can untick substitutes. and even if you have already paid you can go in and amend order for an hour or two, just make sure you confirm changes and go through checkout again

It's not me particularly being treated poorly its everyone below 'management' We are having a skill drain now as people are just walking out some who worked in the original company for almost 30 years.
