    I have a cc at 9am ish. will post results when i get them. unfortunately apg results will probably be delayed, as collections are from a van in the car park. and the drivers shift is 8-12am so a delay in the upload to the system.

  • I would love to give blood but last time I went only a 1/3rd of a pint came out and I was told I wasn't allowed to again. That was 20ish years ago so my body has changed since then (I was 7 stone) so maybe I should try again.
