Think I better go and get something to eat, just realised I've had nothing other than 3 cups of coffee all day.
Hope everyone gets a good nights sleep, sweet dreams.

We have been so lucky here bubbs. We had a crazy couple of hours when the wind whipped up into a frenzy this afternoon, and then calmed down as quickly as it started.

Just looked at the 10 day forecast and there's no snow on the horizon for us. Dare we begin to think we are going to get through this winter having only had one day of snow(in the North East) which disappeared in hours. What a mild winter:T
I think a good hard long cold spell is good for the garden at winter.
As for the wind, had a fence that I had to take down last night so that it did not cause damage, so grrr, more expense!!

Anon, you are always after films. If you have not seen Shutter Island, interesting. Hurt my head a little :)
Edit: But I still recommend that film about Mcdonalds, well worth a watch.

Not showing on waities own site, but does show if you google, like you said.

    Same for me.

Hello Lango, long time no see:) Thanks.

Did you order subs or not ? Can't remember what's the best. Thought it was better to have subs, then still got a product, but price matched for original ordered. May have got that totally wrong (head not in a good place at the moment).

Intended to pay with e-vouchers that I have been renewing forever, but this creates problems if no goods because (from bitter experience) is nearly impossible to get them re-credited. Seems to take at least 6 phone calls and lots of promises over several weeks.

Probably best if I bow out of this one, or use real money :rotfl:

    Hi Saversue,
I let them sub item and then returned them. As you say using vouchers to pay doing this can be difficult to sort out.
    Good luck with shop.

Good moning. Friday at last. Hope everyone is well and safe.

Re online APGs, you can see up to 3 shops in your shopping history so in theory, you can claim these 3 together. I have saved a small value one once over a full month to test it once and it worked. Hope this is explained okay.

If anyone needs sellotape, I found some in Sainsburys local on a click strip reduced to 25p. These were the big rolls. The normal ones on shelf were still £1.
  • Good morning all, some very light high cloud here but otherwise fine, and the wind has dropped.

Rather fortunate as we have some outside cabling to do
