Off to London next Saturday to stay in The Arch for a night, a prize won in competition. Will need to use some Tosco clubcard token for evening meal. Anybody any idea of Bella Itallia is located near this hotel.

Have a look at this Lango. Website says there's a Bella Italia in Duke St. The map is for a car journey but walking looks as if it's only a few minutes away.....if I've got the right location for your hotel.
