    Morning folks!

Lovely day here, sun is shining, sky is blue and not a breath of wind :D

Love this time of year as I can walk round my village and can come back with cucumbers, courgettes, cabbages, strawberries, tomatoes, new potatoes etc for a minimal amount. Whats available changes as the year goes on  I'm getting fresh, locally grown products and the only food miles is the few miles I've walked round the village :j:j
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Morning all, hope everyone is well.

elliemoo re the wasps nest. We have had a couple & someone on here think David ? Recommended a tin of spray from b & q for a couple of pounds. A few quick sprays and problem solved. Will see if I can dig tin out so that I can tell you name. We have had some very busy nests. Hth xx

CJJ, thanks. I hate wasps and the nest is right above the front door.

this might not be so bad, I think tea is about £2 - not sure if you get a small pot rather than just a cup. I have been eyeing up the carrot cake for years and now that John Lewis don't do carrot cake anymore it is even more alluring :)

I've also got 20% off gastro pub for 13 days so maybe there will be a dine in weekend next weekend?

and 20% off guilt free snacking whatever that is - it says sweets, biscuits and savoury snacks but the picture looks like profiteroles

It's £1.90 for a pot of tea, I've done my research :rotfl:
Dine in is on this weekend, I'm sure I saw the signs when I was in yesterday :)

    Edit, yep it is http://www.marksandspencer.com/s/food-and-wine/dine-in?&edcredirect

Last full day of my son and his friends at our holiday home, I think it has been ok, he did phone yesterday to say that there are a few hand marks on the wall up the stairs, and how does he get them off. Told him to leave, as will probably make it worse.

He said he has been hoovering up every day.

Is there an old tree stump or similar in your flower bed silvercar? Green woodpeckers like to grub around for ants etc.
    Lovely photo :)

    Good morning, everyone

Taking a leaf from zagubov's book, I thought I'd pop by again  Still trying to decipher all your code  One of these days I might actually go 'out there' and try out a glitch for myself!

Just to add, I think I want to live in Westvleteren's village :T:T :rotfl:
