    Ah, I'm not very tuned in to the idea of 'gifts' unless someone actually collects something. There are only so many photo frames, vases and ornaments a house can cope with.

    I've read the other posts now and I think the afternoon outing sounds a good option, what about afternoon tea somewhere?
