    I am assuming that she is not materialistic ... so what about a memory.

    I lovely walk/picnic, a meal out, something special that your sister and her friend can enjoy together x

    Does she have any hobby's or interests, as with me hate that sort of stuff and don't drink . but the gifts I most appreciate is nice things for my garden as I love my garden or how about afternoon tea voucher .xx

    It could be a picnic/meal, take a photo.... send it to OH, who gets it printed, and put in a frame and dropped off within a short period of time!
