I got a good deal from BT when I changed from TLk Talk. £125 cash back from tab plus a £125 prepaid debit card from BT. They agreed I could keep my old phone number - and then changed the number ! I was not happy and after arguing the toss with their foreign call centre I escalated it to their head office. It took them 30 days to do it but they sorted it out and gave me a decent credit for the trouble. Now I have the chief execs email and I used it again last month to get a better renewal offer.ELITE 5:2

Another Monday
I woke up this morning more refreshed than I have done for a very long timeI dont know if it's anything to do with my salt lamp or not but if that's one of the effects, I'm keeping on at it!
