I did wonder why this beautiful Lidl was being replaced. It was heaving. The Asda and Sains were very quiet although that could be deceptive as they are much larger stores.

Lidl and Aldi are certainly doing it right at the moment

I'm struggling getting my S vouchers put onto my Nectar account. CS desk are point blank refusing and the till can only accept one of each denomination at a time. I have lots of 200's

I can see me buying lots of 5p carriers:o

hi TM. I bought 5 bananas yesterday. Worked a treat.

So hands up, who puts knickers on and thinks this will be the last time I wear these... then washes them (because this it would be vile to throw them away dirty) and then finds themselves wearing them again..... the circle of life!

Yes I have been caught in this circle of hell as you always have to be wearing something when you load the machine, usually first thing in the morning, otherwise you could give the postie a surprise :D
Then the newly washed pairs suitable for bagging up and putting in the cloth recycling get mixed up with the new ones and round and round it goes ...:rotfl:

Yep, no way you can throw out dirty knickers, and once they are washed I am on auto pilot and they just get put in the drawer :rotfl::rotfl:
    *nods* :rotfl:

Oh dear so the elite ladies are walking around in undies that should have been in the bin weeks ago!!:eek:

    Good morning Elite.

Hope everyone is warm, happy and well on this cold and wet morning. Hugs to those not so.

Im suprised at this. I went into our sainsburgs, smiled sweetly at CS and asked if she could put my vouchers on, and they were all done without a second look. To be fair, I had tried a different time, and the dragon that was working that time would only put 2 on for me, but the usual CS lady is lovely there.
Should try again, and tell them DM sent you ;)

I have a small amount of shares producing a divided of about £600 per annum.
When I was first given them, years and years ago , it seemed like pocket money and we used to just go out and have a meal with the money.
For a very small investment they are punching well above their body weight and I'm pleased I have them.

I feel the same way now about some of the cashback we get. If you look at it pro rata we are doing much better than the. £000's in the bank :o
