Kids eh!!! they get worse as they get older:rotfl:

    exactly
Eldest son is def getting worse.
When they were here last weekend GF was going over and over the check list to make sure he had everything and forgotten nothing - lots of eye rolling and tutting
He really needs a full time carer, no idea how he copes during the work week when he is on base abd has to look after himself ....

    OOh you hussy!

In my first year at senior school we had to kneel down so the form mistress could check that our skirts touched the floor!!
In the 3rd year we had crimpalene (sp?) summer dresses and corduroy berets in stead of straw hats... we thought we were the bee's knees!

Wow, in yr 3 of senior school? I was going to nightclubs! :D

    Evening all

Eldest son is being an idiot again, honestly he was not brought up this way.
Part of army training is to be self reliant and responsible for their own kit but even that seems to have fallen by the wayside.
He has just rung up as he is outside the flat.
    He has no keys.
Both sets of keys are back at base.
GF is away on a works trip and not due back until Saturday.
So he is now en route here instead. There will also be some late night cooking as he has not had anything to eat.
I suggested that tommorow he can go and collect his keys but he said there is no point going all the way back to base
So instead he is going to mope around here, getting under food and demanding food.
Hopefully his mate will finish work at lunch time on Friday so they can then go and play car fixing and mending and washing and polishing.
Then on Saturday he will drive back to the flat when GF gets home.
This is not the first time eldest son has had issues with keys -apart from keys he also has had issues with trainers, passes, phones, and other valuables and neccessities, always leaving them in the wrong places and having to drive all the way back to retrieve the lost items ...
    Deep sigh.
Ive even posted something to the flat this afternoon thinking that we would not see them for a few weeks

At least there is a pork joint in the freezer

Bless, I think he has done this on purpose as he wants to spend the time with you x

Yep . Where we lived when I was a teenager it was by a bus terminus and in the winter the bus driver would keep the engine running to keep warm and they would rattle our windows when we were trying to sleep .

I fancied a bus driver when I was about 16 lol he had lovely blond hair and was a lot older than me obviously. When I knew he was driving the bus I'd walk to town just so I could get his bus back lol Silly Susie

my test shop tonight. it worked
i got the classics above (which is unknown on asda app when scanned) with 1x Walkers Crinkles Cheddar & Onion Flavour Potato Crisps (6x23g) £1.45 £1.00
both in the 2 for £2
only 55p back making it 2 for £1.45
    comparison was A V T or W

    Brill. :T:T
You know I think the oos glitches are the way forward as a's seem to be on top of the others.
oos items are pretty easy to find too, it's just a bit time consuming keeping an eye on everything that's on mb.
Also whether they work is a bit hit and miss at the moment but I'm sure if they were tested a bit more they could be fine tuned.

have you got a clubcard plus ? they count that as a current account. Just had to close mine this morning so I can open a second current account. if you have, the savings number is different and was answered more quickly than the current account one I found.

No I haven t janed anyway sorted it now it was because I had a couple of unfinished applications that were still showing apparently. So I've opened one.
