 , that's so hard to believe. Just like I can't believe it will be 5 yes FIVE years in July that Alan passed away. That 5 years ago right now, he hadn't even been diagnosed :(

I lost my Dad around the same time, also can't believe it is 5 years ago.

I really enjoyed it Nellie....did you?

People at work were saying there was a big twist at the end so I got myself psyched up for it....which was a bit of a disappointment.

I've never watched so much TV.....:D

Last night I started watching the Shannon Matthews drama and some of the scenes were spot on, as I remember them being portrayed on the news at the time. Just wondered whether Shannon herself was involved? Did she need to give permission even? Can't imagine how she must have felt watching it....if she did. Second part next week:o I thought it was tonight:o

Got it recorded, I also thought the second part was meant to be tonight. Apparently Shannon is 18 and deliberately wasn't the focus of the programme.

Just seen this on another thread about getting lego up off the floor

If you take the brush off and attach a stocking or leg of tights to the tube then you can pick up the lego without it going down the tube:T:T:T

I find that if I get the vacuum out, the kids pick it up themselves pretty fast...

Was wondering where you were, hope all is ok?

Other family members have issues that they need to deal with, so I seem to be the only one that can help my mother from 150 miles away. Bit of a nightmare, she did have an amazing doctor, but she left the practice and the remaining doctors aren't sympathetic. Can't get an appointment easily, even when you have run out of medicine! Ended up bringing her home with me to get it all sorted. It's been exhausting, but everything is now calmer - til the next crisis.
