Thanks, TS. I didn't know about the meal deal offer and can't find anything about it online.

Mind you, since I usually pay for my meal deals with points and since I have a lot of points at the moment, I suspect this is not relevant to me!!

I tried this a couple of weeks ago but the girl said you cant pay with points alongside your Boots £1 meal deal ...:(

Sorry Picasso other than bringing it over from hukd I haven't a clue. I'm never in town early enough to partake in the £1 deal so haven't looked at the detail.

Braveheart might be able to help you as think he has mentioned it before.

Good for me though as going in later often the sandwiches, wraps and salads in my local are all RTC to 50p as early as 2.30pm. I often stock up. :D

Get well soon mhoc and anyone else suffering. x

Been all over in a burst of enthusiasm which is good as that has been in short supply just lately.

Iceland to spend one of my LTS vouchers - £10 worth of fresh meat and only 15p money to pay. They also gave me one of their cards, don't know if these bring any good deals or not?

Don't know what the Elite like to pay for cat pouches but in Iceland on offer there is 2 x box of 12 Felix for £7 and you get a rather nice flattish Felix dish - looks to be ceramic - and a fork, boxed separately.

Also some family size lasagne that comes in a stoneware dish (I used to cheat like that back in the busy 80s.)

B00ts for shampoo - only got 2 lots today as it was only one till open and the same unsmiling SA both times. :( I want my male SA - the one who says 'Go for it' when there's a good deal on. :)

A's for those knickers with voucher, else I would forget to use it. £1 to pay but someone will want them, no doubt.

T's because I was passing - noted that Activia creamy yogs - the 4 pack- are £1.20 so half price till end Feb. Had to smile as they had some in RTC fridge for £1.54  but cba asking about them.

Called in a B00ts pharmacy also as passing but no shampoo in there, except for a random selection of premium brands.

I was told that on Monday too but I'm sure I've paid with points before... maybe it was a gift card though...

Womble 8/2 A v M.....Savvy something for you to look at...

    1x Kellogg's Fruit 'n Fibre (750g) £2.99 £2.50
    1x ASDA Baker's Selection Big Eat Large White Rolls (6pk) £1.00 £0.50
    1x Young's Wholetail Scampi (220g) £4.00 £2.00

I don't know why they only bought 1 wholetail scampi as it is 2F£5...So an extra quid would have given them double the amount..Nothing else purchased in the offer.....But.....Morrisons price takers have messed up as wholetail scampi is £5:83......They are comparing it against youngs scampi bites which is currently on offer for £2...Seems like a good time to eat a bit of scampi tail.....

I am sure someone will work out the price....but this is one for Savvy to look at...

How kind of you. spent some time last night looking for support helplines, but bottled out of ringing.
Just finding it difficult to care for Mum full-time, with no-one to help and my own problems as well. Have been trying to sort out her finances and having problems, even though I am registered as her Enduring Power of Attorney. Every time I try to explain to her what is going on, she gets terribly distressed and has started shouting at me that it's too much for her.
SS please seek some support, as a carer you are entitled to an assessment and support in your own right. Contact your local council, adult social care department for more information.
You may also have a local carer's association that can help too.

Hi izzey thanks for this however when I went they had all gone but not surprising since there was a 50p price tag there. I needed to go there to have some points put on my card so you got me out of the house lol.
