    My S shop:

5 x £10 of fuel yielded 2000, 2x500, 2x200 so even if it was a bit more expensive, that comes to £17.50 in points without double up. Well worth doing and I hope that I might get another tenner in on Sunday.

    Instore shops yielded: 3x200, 1000, 5000 = £33 -- can that be right please?!

I used 2 pants vouchers (well worth it as one of the shops was the one which gave me the 5000 voucher), re-bought a posh loo brush in the sale as it had reduced (I bought it in the sale for £8, SEL £6, scanned at £3.60 -- will take it back with my original receipt), bought shopping which I needed and which was cheaper or the same price in S, including a joint for the weekend (reduced which made it sensible to buy). Also bought things which I needed which gave me extra points (eg broccoli) and bought two £10 plus bedding/clothes items which I shall return.

The biggest disappointment was discovering that I can't use my gift card at the petrol station. I was also told I can't use it for gift cards though it doesn't actually say that on the back so I might just try it unless someone knows that it doesn't work please?

I took all my petrol ones to CS and asked them to be added in one go because i knew the instore tills would reject duplicates. The woman said i had to do 7 separate shops to claim the 7 vouchers

I politely explained the t&cs to her

She then muttered "you're only supposed to do 1 petrol fill"

So i politely explained the t&cs to her :rotfl:

She then added the vouchers in one go for me

Good to know this aau, though my post was actually about Mr Shoes where you can only use one poo voucher per transaction -- the till bleeps in a Nasty Manner!

That is pretty amazing. I remember last time thinking that I shouldn't stress so much about not buying stuff which is a bit more expensive in S as the payback is so good. I was honestly expecting a lot of 200 vouchers so am very pleased with all this.

I watched the Hospital programme today about the amount of patients coming here from abroad with no means of paying for treatment or no inclination either. The chap who had to asses them was a nice chap but was a bit naive. He asked one chap if he was asking for refugee status and the chap said yes but did not have any papers. When the chap had gone he was interviewed and admitted he came in a lorry illegally. He then had treatment for kidney stones and disappeared again!!
And apparently when they are in a&e they are not charged but as soon as they are admitted they have to start charging them. So the answer is not to admit them. Sorry if that seems harsh. My opinion

Thanks to the poster of the terms and conditions this morning.
My store was included but I didn't win anything.
    Loads of excuses at cs.

Same problem on my 2 grocery shops nil points!
Apparently they were having issues.......no kidding.

My opinion, No paper in printers....... deliberately

    :mad::eek::mad:.

Why don't you give them a ring expressing your disappointment and have your receipts handy.

I had a problem a while back when they did brand match, which they wouldn't/said couldn't resolve in store. Rang up and they looked into it and gave me the shortfall in sainsbury's points, plus as many again for my inconvenience. It did take about five days for the points to show on my account.

    That is brilliant!

As I can't use my gift card at the petrol station and last time there was nothing I wanted in double up, I think I shall (after this weekend) start using my points for fuel. I have rather a lot of them now!
