Such wonderful memories of Whitley Bay and Tynemouth :happyhear I think I've told you before but I met Mr 3Dogs on Tynemouth Front Street and we went to pubs and bars there regularly ♥

    Good morning lovely peoples

I have wonderful childhood memories of Whitley Bay, we used to live in Holly Avenue, across from the park and the Spanish City. First time I saw "the laughing sailor" there I was frightened lol.
Every Sunday we used to have a lovely family walk across The Links to St. Mary's Lighthouse.
I was born on the banks of the Tyne, but lost my Geordie accent :(

Well it's a big day for me today. I started taking the pre-chemotherapy drugs last night and feel rather yucky already.
And it's so stormy outside. Take care if you are travelling -stay safe.

Have a lovely day everyone

Hi all hugs to all, hi to newbies, lurkers & regulars.
Can't wait till Friday for the swipe nectar thing. Have the car low on fuel, to fill have told Dh to wait till Friday to fill works van. Have asked my dad to go with me and fill his car in £10. He has said yes. Will get some clothes and some shopping see how much I can boost my points by.
If I was Picasso ? (Hope that is right poster) and had won the voucher I would be shopping loads this weekend, but of course in £10's.
I have a broken cooker door and don't know where to replace it. I was getting my 2 youngest ready for a party upstairs while My ds1 took it upon himself to ride his new skateboard in the kitchen and fell off and the skateboard went into the cooker and smashed the glass door completely.

    Oh dear.....durham:o

Can't advise on where to get a replacement door sorry but this brought back memories. Every outdoor toy our two had when they were small either started off or ended up in the house:eek:
But happy days and great to look back on:)

JTS.....is your treatment date still today? Sending you lots of love and hope it goes as well as expected. It must feel good to know you are finally "doing" something and getting on with it.

    Good luck:)
