Why do they say it even if I thought it I would never say it especially to DS .
Unfortunately, never say never. People say things when they get to the later stages of their lives. I knew someone that used to say this to their child, and then that child ended up saying it to their child, even though they used to say, like yourself, that they didnt like it and they would never say it. We dont know what it feels like to be them. I know its hurtful to hear, but im sure they dont mean to hurt.
On a lighter note..
Knacked a tyre today  Was flat, tried to blow it up, and it wont, grrr!! Quite new it was too, even had the stimply things still on it. So need to buy a new tyre. Need it PDQ so looked about and I was suprised to see Halfords was only a few quid than if I did it the cheap way (order tyre online then find someone to fit it). Have just gone back on their site, and the damn tyre is not there any more, they must have had an update or something stupid, grr!! Not happy.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Hi all hugs to all, hi to newbies, lurkers & regulars.
Can't wait till Friday for the swipe nectar thing. Have the car low on fuel, to fill have told Dh to wait till Friday to fill works van. Have asked my dad to go with me and fill his car in £10. He has said yes. Will get some clothes and some shopping see how much I can boost my points by.
If I was Picasso ? (Hope that is right poster) and had won the voucher I would be shopping loads this weekend, but of course in £10's.
I have a broken cooker door and don't know where to replace it. I was getting my 2 youngest ready for a party upstairs while My ds1 took it upon himself to ride his new skateboard in the kitchen and fell off and the skateboard went into the cooker and smashed the glass door completely.0
