Just a random piece of news

We might have an ex Vogue cover model staying over one night this week:D

How on earth will I stop myself staring at her:rotfl::rotfl:

And will she like my corned beef and onion pies?

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Off to eat

Oh, you have just reminded me, I need to pop round one evening this week, not sure when yet, but sure I will let you know ;)

    Evening paw sniffers:D

I love nights like this when tea is made and it just has to go in the oven.......lasagne.....just waiting for the top to go crispy....does anyone else love the smell of burnt cheese?:)

:T:T I've made a quiche with a crispy cheese top.
Also dug out a PE pizza (from GU & Pizza glitch) & drizzled it with olive oil & it's cooked all crispy cheesy :D
(rather surprised as it was a bit frost bitten as Fourp left outside freezer open for an hour  ...)

Someone complained at the blood complimentary hot drink & biscuits table
Complained, seriously, that there were no Penguin biscuits ...
Instead we had CLUB biscuits :) which are far nicer IMO

  • I bought ( ) the 99p no-gets via app today and the receipt on back has an offer about completing a survey to get a fwee Wopper, Chwicken Woyale or Farty Burger When You Buy regular drink and fwies. Stoooopid didn't look at prices of drink and fries to see if a good offer :( Will check in next few days.

"Accidentally" entered wong details in survey, but still completed and gave a code to right on receipt to get offer. Strange, receipt is big enuff to have 2 full offers per receipt..................

AND once you buy offer, wouldn't you get a new receipt to recycle???

At last, I've finally got what I consider some helpful information to contribute to the Elite, albeit only small....

If you take your own travel mug to Caffe Nero for your drink you get 2 loyalty stamps. And having tested it today - you can do this when getting your free O2 drink!!!

    Hey.....well done Lima:T:T

    Hope Braveheart sees this:T

How many stamps for a free drink please?

Was quite surprise to find any bargains to be honest as I thought Wednesday was their change over day like Sainsbobs. So they may have been there since last Wednesday, as I haven't been in there for a while.

I have to go into town too but it's not too far and anyway I take DD to work so I am there anyway just depends whether I want to pay parking. Not much chance of finding anywhere free these days. I usually go Tuesdays as think if I get a free Caf! Nero then it's worth it but wasn't lucky today...
If we park in multi storey its free for upto 2 hrs:T
Sorry been busy and not read back. missing a couple of days of posts.

I had a good day today:

    MORNING
Managed a free McD loyalty coffee.

    AFTERNOON
9 piece chicken noggets fwom Boogers from App 99p normally £2.09 (last day of offer tomorrow, hopefully another will replace it)
Passing Gweggs noticed them handing out WHOLE savoury sausage rolls, thank you I said. Worth about £1.00
Went to Caffè Nerd, 2 double expresso fwee using O2 App and two phones. Normal cost £3,60
    NEXT....
Mr Shoes and 6 shamboos for £4.50 and got a total of £6.00 points.
    FINALLY
El Colonel for a fwee chippies side and a fwee coffee ( alright for free)

Feeling stuffed and FULL of caffeine.
Net cost . No.... there is a net profit 51p and stuff to value of over a tenner.

DOH!! Have not realised you can collect loyalty points from Nerd using O2 App, also just read on O2 thread about getting 2 stamps for using own cup. PLEASE thank the op on that thread,
:T:T well done no tea for you then:rotfl:

Oh yes you have! Thank you OP (sorry, running late so can't look back to see who it was) for saying it was under the 'revive your lunch life' tab. Then scroll down and find out more about one of the soups. (I clicked the chorizo one.) Lo and behold, the coupon pops up. Fill your boots and your freezers folks, one per email address.

skinny goan and spiced chicken soup £1 in S if it is still there at the weekend...
