I was also told to eat porridge made with water (add the banana, mashed, to that for sweetness) and to drink coke. We were never sure if it was the sugar in coke which was good for you or if it just killed any bugs it met!
Get better soon, Tweets.
Have you seen what coke does to a loo..... it must clean the insides!:D:D:D:D

A lot of pages since last night - the elite certainly now how to chat. Tweets - sorry you have the bug. Nhs website says 48 hours after the last outbreak before returning to work. You can sit and chat with the elite all day!
Elley - I too struggle with buying things in sainsburys as they are so expensive. I think it would be a good idea if the elite made a list of good buys for the nectar promotion. With a guarantee of 10pc back in points this seem a good buy to me, paye £10 phone credit, cow and gate formula milk £9.00 (other formula milk as well) as this is the same price everywhere and milk to make up shops. Other than these I am struggling. I am lucky as I have an employers rewards scheme offering 5pc off sainsbury so this makes it 15pc.
Hope bubbs is enjoying her new car.
Savvy sal - I think I have the same kitchen flooring as you - is it from b and q except mine usually has crumbs all over it!
Thank you
Was around 10ish this morning or just before so should be ok Wednesday0
