I took the last of my biscuit stash to share with my neighbour this afternoon with a pot of tea. She was disappointed with the selection, no fingers, just butter crinkles and a lemon puff.
So I was reminded to get back on here
Are the lemon puffs the sticky ones?

I like to aim for 10miles a day, but sometimes it's less, sometimes its more. Usually rack up more when I go to Uni, but hardly been this month.
Edit I just use the UP 24 app on my phone and my phone doesn't always go with me, but it gives me a ballpark figure which is good enough for me.Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
