  • I've had another 'Hello Gorgeous' email  from our favourite train company, they say they are looking forward to my journey.:eek:

They are reminding me how to collect my ticket...

All you need is the reference number below and the card you booked with to collect your ticket from the machine at the station. Oh, if you used a Railcard, make sure you have that baby too.

Really? Is this how they speak to people?

    Alrighty then.

Good for you! My BIL (who is lovely) was complaining about having pay his staff the new minimum wage a few yrs ago. His 3 children go to private school and will part board soon, he has a brand new car every time I see him, has a huge house in a nice area and a holiday home. I know he grew up reasonably well off so doesn't know what it is like to be poor but it did annoy me. We are single income, OH doesn't get paid for all his farm work so I wish I had said something.

All the money in the world does not make you happy or a nice person xx

    Evening gang
    things not too good here.
Had as nasty shock yesterday as got a call to say that
hubbs had a nasty accident He was dragged along by a car spinning around in reverse which also wrote off three cars.
He is lucky to be alive and has a few broken bones and masses of bruises to show off.
Joking apart he was ambulanced to A&E and his clothes cut off him, scanned all over etc...we were there for about eight hours and he is in a lot of pain.
I still went to my work meeting but it turned out to be a trap and there was a note taker there . I said that I thought it was an informal chat and they just carried on with their agenda.
They kept asking the same questions and going outside to ring personnel etc I was there for nearly two hours and felt it was a witch hunt.
I feel life is being extermely tought and dont know how much more I can take.
I would just like to add my heartflet thanks to Di for her PM today, she is an:A:A:Axxx

  • Had a bit of an accident prone night, went to the woodshed to load the wood burner and dropped a log onto my already black nailed big toe, I then pulled a log and caused a log slide which I stepped away from, fell over a log and fell onto the opposite log pile left said woodshed and avoided the cement mixer outside but missed the spade sticking out and walked into the handle.

Now have a bruised big toe, bum and massive black bruised lump on my leg. Worse than doing an obstacle course race
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)
